Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely thrilled with your CavityColors gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
